What Is Marketing Automation?
According to Wikipedia: Marketing automation refers to software platforms and technologies designed for marketing departments and organisations to more effectively market on multiple channels online and automate repetitive tasks.
The chances are you are Marketing, hopefully, you are getting a huge influx of leads for your Business. Now you have all of those leads. what do you do with them? There’s a good chance you have reception and admin staff calling and emailing those leads. When you have thousands of leads a month this process is very time consuming and highly inefficient.
